The Vancouver Island Region consists of 7 active CFUW Clubs: Saanich Peninsula CFUW Saanich Peninsula; Saltspring Island; Cowichan Valley; Nanaimo CFUW Nanaimo; Parksville/Qualicum CFUW Parksville-Qualicum; Comox Valley; and Victoria CFUW Victoria. Provincial: The 27 individual Clubs in BC are represented by one of 3 Regional Directors who meet three times a year with other members of a provincial executive known as CFUW BC Council. The President of BC Council represents her members on the CFUW National Board as Vice President for BC. Each year in April/May BC Council holds its Annual Meeting and Provincial Conference attended by delegates and members from all over BC. The 2010 BC. National: The CFUW Board of Directors is elected from the entire Canadian membership and serve for a two year term. Each year CFUW holds its Annual Meeting and Conference in a different place in Canada, so as to encourage the participation of members from different towns and provinces. The 2009 AGM will be held in Winnipeg from August 20 to 23. During 2009 CFUW Winnipeg is celebrating its centennial. CFUW: Working together for women and girls.

International: CFUW is a member of the International Federation of University Women. Its Board is elected from the 79 national affiliates that make up IFUW. Meetings are held every third year in different host countries. The 30th IFUW meets 5—9 August 2010 in Mexico City.
The focus for this triennium is: IFUW promotes lifelong learning for women and girls to be leaders and decision makers.
